pickep up a rear-tire, put it on it's wheels and started thinking about the seat and seat sub-frame.
got some ideas..

dropped the tank a little lower, fabbed some mounting tabs for the tank, will be welding that next week, repositioning the fuel outlet, might also centre the filler since the tank is all open below.
still in search of a carb, wondering if hanske thinks about me....

Some clearance troubles...
Want to use this cool 2 into 1 manifold anyhow, need to think some...
Wondering about the carb, on wich side to mount it, left or right, and talking about carbs, anyone got a Mikuni VM 36 floating aorund ? Bing will do, Keihin or Dellorto, as long as it;s a round slide, non CV.

Some progress

Aligned the front end, bearings in place, determined roughly the ride height up front.
Ordered a tire (thanks for the offer Sven !) and cut out the excisting tunnel from the gastank.
Will be shortening the fork-legs next week, wich will be a piece of cake.
Starting a new job next week, back in the motorcycle repair and service business.
Busy as hell, so excuse my lack of updates.

Oh and excuse my french.....
